Job summary

Citizen Watch Company Of America, Inc. seeks a Senior Retail Merchandise Planner to manage the retail division's financial objectives through inventory productivity analysis, report development, and merchandising planning.

You will drive results in sales, margin, inventory turns, and shrinkage with accurate deliverables. Responsibilities include developing weekly analyses, managing stock-to-sales, preparing replenishment orders, opening assortments, and ensuring PO accuracy across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years of related planning or reporting experience.
• Experience in a mid to large size company in planning or reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel - Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and AS400.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Retail math, analytical and financial acumen; effective communication.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive decisions to achieve gross margin, sales, markdown and profit goals through inventory management and planning.
• Develop weekly analysis tracking Actual vs Plan and LY, stock-to-sales, and market trends.
• Develop OTB platform to manage store inventory levels and replenishment.
• Prepare weekly/biweekly reorders for store replenishment and PO accuracy in KWI.
• Open assortments, purchase orders, and receiving for new stores/renovations.
• Oversee PO communications and troubleshoot shipments with cross-functional teams.
