Just Ingredients Inc. in Orem, Utah is seeking a strategic Retail Sales Forecasting Manager to own revenue forecasting and channel performance analysis across retail and wholesale.

This sales-side role partners with Key Account Managers, the Sr Director of Sales, and cross-functional partners in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail Demand Planning to deliver a unified revenue picture. The ideal candidate brings deep CPG retail and wholesale channel experience, expert-level forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 7-10+ years in forecasting, revenue planning, or related role
• Experience with wholesale distributors and broker networks a plus
• Strong Excel and ERP planning system experience required

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end sales forecasting across retail and wholesale channels.
• Build bottoms-up forecast processes grounded in pipeline data and sell-through trends.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales leadership to capture commitments and promos.
• Develop statistical and judgmental forecasting models with seasonality and channel patterns.
• Lead S&OP participation and communicate forecast risks and opportunities.
