Job summary

Prime Retail Services, a nationwide retail construction General Contractor, seeks a Construction Project Manager in Flowery Branch, GA (on-site 3 days/week). You will lead full lifecycle management of multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Science required; OR 8–12 years of relevant construction experience in lieu of a degree.
• OSHA 30 certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and pre-employment background and drug screen requirements.
• Ability to learn and use company software proficiently.
• MEWP scissor lift trained and certified every 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to validate project requirements and constructability; establish procurement strategies and manage subcontractor/vendor selection.
• Oversee all phases of construction; manage multiple projects; direct subcontractors and field personnel; conduct site visits and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain strong client relationships; provide regular updates on project status, risks, milestones; manage budgets and forecasts; track costs and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards; conduct inspections and promote safety culture.
• Manage closeout: punch list, warranties, as-builts, post-project evaluations.
