Job summary

Ōura in London is seeking a Senior Retail Account Manager EMEA to own and grow relationships with major European retailers. This senior, client-facing role serves as the primary contact from buyers to senior category leadership, driving revenue and prime in-store placement.

The position is hybrid in the London area with office visits a few times per week and requires existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in key account management within consumer electronics or premium consumer goods.
• Direct experience managing relationships with major European CE retailers such as Currys, MediaMarkt, Elkjøp, FNAC, or comparable multinational retail groups.
• Strong track record of negotiating trading terms and building joint business plans that deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Cross-market agility across multiple markets and time zones, coordinating HQ relationships and local execution.
• Executive presence engaging at the senior/director level with retail partners and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Retail Account Manager EMEA to own and grow our relationships with major European retailers. This is a senior, client-facing commercial role: you'll be the primary point of contact for these accounts, responsible for driving revenue, securing prime placement, and building the joint business plans that turn Oura into a priority category across this retail portfolio.

This is a hybrid position in the London area, requiring office visits a few times a week.

What You Will Do

• Account Ownership: Own the commercial relationship with major European CE retailers, acting as the primary point of contact from buyers through to senior category and commercial leadership.
• Joint Business Planning: Build and execute joint business plans with each account, covering revenue targets, in-store placement, promotional calendars, and marketing support.
• Revenue & Forecasting: Own sales forecasting and performance tracking for assigned accounts, identifying risks and opportunities and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations on trading terms, margin, listing fees, and promotional co-investment.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in key account management or national account management within consumer electronics, technology, or premium consumer goods.
• Direct experience managing relationships with major European CE retailers such as Currys, MediaMarkt, Elkjøp, FNAC, or comparable multinational retail groups.
• Strong track record of negotiating trading terms and building joint business plans that deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Cross-market agility: Comfortable operating across multiple markets and time zones, coordinating both centralized retailer HQ relationships and local market execution.
• Executive presence: Confident engaging at the senior/director level, both with retail partners and internal leadership.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in an additional European language (German or a Nordic language is a strong plus).
