Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Lead Technician to perform expert carpet cleaning and water restoration services in a fast-growing team. You will communicate clearly with customers, complete work orders, and maintain equipment while contributing to a collaborative culture.

We value hands-on workers with 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to cross-train in mold, fire, and odor services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of carpet cleaning and/or water restoration experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders and documentation.
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle.

What You'll Do

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT)
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred
