Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Restoration Construction Superintendent to lead residential restoration projects. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining quality that meets owner expectations.

Strong communication and field leadership are essential to drive projects to successful completion. The candidate will oversee jobsite safety, document control, and daily communications with the project team and homeowners, ensuring timely delivery and

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus.
• Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No felony convictions.

• Ensure safety per OSHA requirements and company policy.
