Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI in Tennessee is seeking a Structure Construction Superintendent to lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely, high-quality residential rebuilds. You will oversee material delivery, uphold safety standards, and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and the project team.

You will communicate daily with homeowners and staff to meet expectations, drive project progress, and ensure documentation aligns with company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate is a plus.
• Maintain professional appearance and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on site.
• Communicate with homeowners and project staff daily via phone and email.
• Verify project documentation and maintain records per policy.
• May work 48+ hours per week and be on call during incidents.
