Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Northern New Jersey in Bernardsville, NJ seeks a Senior Restoration Crew Chief to own projects from inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, determine remediation protocols, develop field scopes, and lead technicians, communicating with homeowners and insurance professionals to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional restoration experience.
• Must have own vehicle to drive to shop in the AM.
• Previous experience as a Crew Chief, Senior Technician, Field Supervisor, or Restoration Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, selective demolition, and emergency restoration.
• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 Standards.
• Ability to independently inspect losses and develop detailed field scopes.
• Strong leadership and customer communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, roofs, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from the initial inspection through completion.
• Inspect losses and determine remediation protocol.
• Develop detailed field scopes for the Xactimate estimating team.
• Lead technicians and communicate with homeowners and insurance professionals.
• Perform all aspects of water mitigation, drying, mold remediation, and emergency services.
• Install and monitor drying equipment using moisture readings.
• Maintain complete job documentation and photos.
• Lead final walkthroughs with customers.
