Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a lead technician role in the construction or restoration field.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Ability to interpret complex plans, details, or instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 or more technicians throughout the project phases.
• Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders.
• Maintain and restock company assigned vehicles.
