Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Natick, MA seeks a Senior Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards across front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager. You’ll drive guest experience and team performance in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment.

You will analyze financials, manage COGS and labor, and develop action plans to grow revenue while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive team member relations with effective delegation.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs.

Job Description: $5,000 Sign on Bonus Compensation is from $75,000 USD to $89,000 USD per year THE SENIOR MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager. Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
