Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-service dining or GM-level experience in fast-casual.
• At least one year leading and coaching high-performing teams.
• Guest-first mindset with focus on cleanliness and exceptional experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership style.
• Dependable, self-motivated, results-oriented.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to create a positive culture for team and guests.
• Willing to work five 10-hour shifts weekly.
