Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of full-service restaurant management, strong leadership, ServSafe certification preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of management experience in casual dining preferred.
• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff.
• ServSafe or food safety certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Recruit, hire, and train team members.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and policies.
• Develop managers; participate in Manager in Training (MIT) program.
