• Experience in all phases of the project cycle.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with MEP and structural systems and building codes.
• Post-secondary education completed.
• Registered with a professional architectural association.
• 10+ years of project work experience.
• Restaurant projects experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develops technical designs and edits architectural drawings to ensure an exemplary solution meets quality, timelines, and budget.
• Performs programming, code research, material and building systems research, and area calculations.
• Evaluates site conditions and performs site surveys.
• Reviews project products, services, and shop drawings.
• Coordinates permits and revisions with engineers and consultants to obtain necessary documentation and permits.
• Coordinates with contractor and authorities to address constructability concerns.
