• Direct Respiratory Therapy Services and coordinate operations within Rehab and CareRite Centers.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of respiratory therapy staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures.
• Manage patient care plans, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of the respiratory therapy department.
