You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures, manage ventilators, and ensure meticulous documentation. The position requires an RT or RCP license in TX, NBRC RRT certification, and must-have certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience preferred
• TX license RT or RCP required in TX
• NBRC RRT certification required
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP required

Responsibilities

• Provide pulmonary care for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients under physician supervision.
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures in all facility areas.
• Lead shift as needed or serve as Team Leader; participate in surveys.
• Ventilator management and aerosolized drug delivery.
• Oxygen delivery device management and respiratory monitoring.
• Blood gas collection and analysis; chest film analysis; accurate documentation.
