Job summary

Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. You will initiate therapeutic procedures, maintain records, and operate respiratory equipment, including ventilators and ABG analyzers.

The role requires AS in Respiratory Care, RRT licensure, and current BLS. The position supports a comprehensive care environment with opportunities for professional development and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care.
• Current RRT licensure in Florida or eligible.
• BLS/HealthCare Provider certification current.

Responsibilities

• Operates non-invasive ventilators and ABG analyzers.
• Maintains accurate and precise documentation.
• Communicates openly with the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates quality control in respiratory equipment.
• Provides care across units including ICU and general care.
