The Role

As a Senior Resourcer, you will work with a team of experienced Consultants delivering Sales & Marketing recruitment solutions into the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Market Research: Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends.
  • Social Media Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with candidates and clients to establish strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior consultants and account managers to achieve shared goals.

What You Will Bring
  • Prior experience (12-18+ months) gained in a similar candidate generation role
  • A genuine interest in the technology sales sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
