  • Maintain a pipeline of skilled freelance professionals to address immediate and future resource needs.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with staffing agencies to secure the best-fit talent for projects and long-term initiatives.
  • Evaluate and onboard new staffing agencies, ensuring they meet company standards and align with business needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on resourcing trends, project timelines, and potential resource gaps.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing resource management processes across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding resource planning and allocation decisions.
  • Work with finance teams to reconcile invoices, track budgets, and ensure proper cost allocation.
  • Manage contracts, rates, and payment terms with staffing agencies and freelancers, ensuring compliance with agreements.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of freelance resources, contracts, and project statuses.
  • Create and maintain reports on resource performance, costs, and utilization for regular review by leadership.
  • Advocate for best practices in resource management across the organization.

You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in resource management, specifically in freelance management and working with third-party staffing agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple freelancers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • A focused approach to ensure accuracy in invoicing, contract management, and reporting.
  • A mindset to offer actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with resource management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and invoicing software.
