Responsibilities

• Respond to guest room repair requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate with guests and staff to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Request, acquire and maintain inventory of parts and supplies as needed.
• Safety first: use of Lockout/Tagout before maintenance work.
• Repair or replace plumbing, electrical, mechanical components as required.
• Program TVs and perform housekeeping and engineering-related duties.
• Assist with painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry work.
• Dismantle defective machines and install repaired parts.
