Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in residential construction sales and project management.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen, bath, and full-home renovation scopes.
• Ability to read architectural and trade drawings.
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple active projects.
• Familiarity with high-rise construction logistics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified leads to assess goals and develop proposals.
• Prepare and present detailed project estimates and contracts.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to meet delivery.
• Serve as the client's main point of contact during construction.
• Oversee daily progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, condo requirements, and site logistics.
• Maintain CRM updates and client communication records.
