Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by engaging potential clients and identifying roofing needs.
• Climb and inspect roofs, chalk areas, measure, and confirm all measurements using Eagleview.
• Coordinate with the ordering team and schedule subcontractors for installation.
• Manage the installation process, spending 75% of the time on-site, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Meet with clients and installers on installation day, sign off on completed work, and capture photos for documentation.
• Make material runs when necessary to keep the project on track.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools to track project progress, budget, and performance.
• Manage and hold accountable a sales team of project managers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated and hungry for success, with the ability to manage your schedule and earnings.
• No prior construction experience is required - just the ability to learn quickly and a desire to succeed.
• A positive mental attitude and strong people skills are essential.
• General construction or roofing knowledge and sales experience are preferred, but full training is provided.
• A reliable vehicle (pickup truck preferred).
• Ability to climb up and inspect roofing on residential homes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within the DFW area.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation Plan:

• Signing incentive: $1000 (Signing bonus for veterans)
• Uncapped commission structure, plus bonuses for individual and team performance.
• $200/month "Lifestyle Spending" - In addition to regular compensation.
• Fully covered accidental insurance.
• Note: Average first year income $100-150K
