Job summary

Qualifications

• Residential mortgage/HELOC experience in the HNW arena (4–10 years)
• Compliance with Federal and State policies and HMDA requirements
• SAFE Act registration required for residential mortgage loan originations

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan portfolios for Private Bank/Merrill Lynch clients across mortgage products
• Structure and price mortgage arrangements in collaboration with specialists
• Interact directly with clients and serve as primary contact for follow-up throughout the loan process
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within Bank of America relationships
