Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Residential Real Estate Sr. Sales Associate to oversee loan portfolios for Private Bank/Merrill Lynch clients, handling mortgages from basic to highly customized arrangements.

You will work with PCA, PCM, and FA teams to structure, price, and manage the loan process while maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of client service. The role requires strong mortgage knowledge, regulatory awareness, and 4–10 years of experience in residential mortgages.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage mortgage portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and compliance.
• Experience with residential mortgage processes and regulatory HMDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan portfolios and structure pricing for Private Bank/Merrill Lynch clients.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the loan process and ensure follow-up.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across BAC while maintaining regulatory compliance.
