Job summary

Tri County Air Conditioning is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Service Technician Level 2 for residential systems. You will diagnose, repair, install, and replace complex plumbing components while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing codes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicle.
• Ability to use mobile technology and Service Titan software (or similar).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be drug-free and able to pass new hire and random drug screenings.
• Demonstrate the willingness to invest in tools used in the installation of plumbing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex residential plumbing systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of water, drain, gas, and sewer systems.
• Install and replace all residential plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Perform major plumbing repairs and system replacements.
• Install water heaters (traditional and tankless).
• Install water treatment and filtration systems.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and assist management with training.
