This role offers a $70,000–$150,000+ income potential with sign-on bonuses up to $10,000; year-round installation work and dedicated install support. You’ll work with modern tools and standardized processes to grow with a company that's expanding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and system components.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation.
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps; indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories.
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed.
• Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems.
• Test completed systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care.
