Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with HVAC tools.
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21).
• Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps).
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components.
• Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems.
• Test completed systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care.
