Foster Remodeling Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Residential Design-Build Lead Carpenter in the Northern VA area. You will lead projects from foundation to finish, coordinate inspections, and manage subcontractors while ensuring client satisfaction and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive residential building and carpentry experience.
• Lead carpenter with project management and scheduling skills.
• Proficient in reading plans and blueprints; able to lead crews.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and travel as needed; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead remodeling projects from foundation to completion.
• Coordinate inspections, subcontractors and support staff.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Interpret detailed plans and translate to construction work.
• Schedule subcontractors, orders, and site logistics.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant worksite.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to apprentices.
