Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction with direct client interaction.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and safety procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software as needed.
• Friendly, proactive, adaptable personality with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish to meet schedules.
• Travel to job sites to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Execute project plans within set timelines and budgets.
• Schedule City and County inspections with inspectors.
• Communicate clearly with trades and subcontractors daily.
• Coordinate resources among internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the main client contact during construction.
• Assess progress, report changes, and assist with change orders.
