Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential/commercial plumbing experience.
• Experience with boilers, water heaters, gas piping, sewer systems, and fixtures.
• Ability to read plumbing blueprints and technical drawings.
• Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent preferred.
• Backflow prevention certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform boiler repairs, maintenance, and installations, along with water heater work.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, toilets, faucets, and related equipment.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning, repair, and replacement.
• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install well pumps and related systems.
• Install and repair gas piping and gas lines.
• Perform plumbing rough-ins and assist with remodeling projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and determine project requirements.
• Test, repair, and install backflow prevention assemblies.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other technicians to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding service needs, repairs, pricing, scheduling, and job completion.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and assist with collecting payments when required.
