Job summary

Alaska Behavioral Health is hiring for Clinician I/II/Sr Clinician-Residential in Anchorage, AK. This role provides leadership to a multidisciplinary team and directs admissions, clinical direction, and patient care within our residential program.

The position includes licensure supervision support, generous benefits, and a signing bonus up to $10,000, with potential annual incentive up to 5% of salary. Salary ranges from $76,500 to $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary Residential team aligned with AKBH mission and goals.
• Ensure clinical records comply with AKBH policies and external audits.
• Plan and implement community needs initiatives, grants, and contracts.
• Coordinate client admissions with Residential Managers and psychiatric providers.
• Provide clinical direction to clinical associates and floor staff.
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide direct services.
