Job summary

Center For Family Services in Gloucester County, NJ, is seeking a Senior Residential Care Provider for the Juntos Program. The role will oversee a team of residential counselors and ensure the health, safety, and daily living needs of youth served by the program.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, ongoing training, scheduling, and coordinating with medical consultants to ensure medications are properly managed.

Qualifications

• CSW certification or equivalent is required or applicable.
• BSW degree or related field preferred or extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Care Providers.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Assign staff schedules and adjust as needed.
• Assist with life skills education and counseling services.
• Coordinate recreation and physical education for youth.
• Coordinate medical appointments and ensure proper medication administration.
