Everton Homes is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead the architectural development of our luxury single-family residential projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for taking projects from zoning feasibility and concept design through permitting and construction documentation.

The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility, deep technical expertise, and a builder‑focused understanding of constructability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural development frominitial feasibility through permit
• Create schematicfloor plans, building massing, and elevationsfrom scratch
• Lead zoning and code research prior to design
• Interpret local development codes and planning requirements

Technical Production

• Work directly inRevit,AutoCAD, andSketchUp
• Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and construction-ready
• Incorporate structural systems, venting, and building assemblies into design
• Coordinate withcivil, structural, and other consultants
• Lead consultant communication through permitting
• Manage and oversee permit submittalsRespond to plan review comments and coordinate revisions

Required Qualifications
