Description: Responsible for working with the Residential team to provide students with a safe, clean, and structured living environment that fosters retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success. Responsibilities include supervision, safety, inventory management, case management, repairs, transportation, staff coordination, mentoring, and communication. The role also involves supervising staff, managing student behavior, and ensuring operational support.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum of one year Job Corps or related experience. Valid in-State Driver's License preferred. Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks required.
