Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Resident Project Representative to lead field activities on our Hannibal, OH projects. You will read and interpret drawings, manage daily records, review material compliance, and develop pay estimates.

You’ll supervise junior staff and coordinate with engineers to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates hold a PE or CCM certification, have 10+ years in multidisciplinary construction, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of multidisciplinary construction experience on large projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Sponsorship for US employment is not available.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities.
• Review materials for contract compliance.
• Track quantities and develop pay estimates.
• Attend and chair progress meetings.
• Observe installation and testing of equipment.
• Develop record documentation for engineer review.
• Assist with project audit/closeout.
• Supervise junior staff and subcontractors.
• Work full-time at client site in Hannibal, OH.
