Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering and/or construction management projects.
• Experience as a Resident Engineer on relevant projects like IDOT/ISTHA/CDOT.
• IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor performance and manage project staff.
• Prepare reports and manage construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain positive client relationships.
