Qualifications

Knowledge of tunneling, microtunneling, HDD, and shaft excavation construction.
Ability to meet physical requirements for field inspections.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage office personnel including engineers and inspectors.
Advise the Client on project tasks and troubleshoot issues.
Oversee field inspections and maintain communication with the Prime Contractor.
