Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with heavy infrastructure construction including tunnel and shaft construction.
• Knowledge of tunneling, microtunneling, HDD, and shaft excavation construction.
• Ability to meet physical requirements for field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage office personnel including engineers and inspectors.
• Advise the Client on project tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee field inspections and maintain communication with the Prime Contractor.
