Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant post-college experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs experimental plan to support project objectives.
• Executes bench experiments; makes observations and analyzes data.
• Prepares technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Maintains complete and accurate records.
• Develops methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria independently.
• Implements improvements to processes and laboratory environment.
• Participates in conferences and journals as applicable.
• Trains others and may supervise junior staff.
