What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the independent principal investigator (PI) for a large portfolio of projects, overseeing proposals and project delivery
- Ensure project completion and quality delivery while delegating tasks to mid-level and junior staff
- Develop strategies for client and business development, contributing to sales targets
- Identify training needs for junior staff and develop relevant training materials
- Co-author scientific abstracts and articles for publication or presentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's or Doctorate degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
- Advanced understanding of statistics and quantitative methods in health economics and epidemiology
- Proven expertise in developing strategies to demonstrate product value to decision-makers
- Experience with large databases of medical claims and electronic health records
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
