Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Research Development Partnerships Senior Analyst in the Engineering | Materials Science and Engineering department. The role provides strategic project management to support HAMMER-ERC research development, partnerships, and programmatic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science or related field.
• Master’s degree in engineering, physical science or related field (desired).
• 4+ years in operations management or related field.
• Experience coordinating agendas and major events; strong industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HAMMER-ERC research development activities and partnerships.
• Support NSF-funded proposals and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage REU/RET programs and education outreach.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and outreach to advance goals.
• Develop processes for team formation, project selection, and partner engagement.
