The role requires 4+ years in market research or BI, a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, and proficiency with Excel, Qualtrics, SQL and other analytics tools. You will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality insights and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, social sciences, or comparable analytical degree.
• 4 or more years of market research, business intelligence, or related experience.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills (including an ability to explain and show work done on).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Able to create and cultivate relationships/a network and use it to inform business outcomes with moderate guidance from manager.
• Ability to analyze and derive observations from quantitative or qualitative data.
• Demonstrated Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability with tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Access, SAS, Wincross, FuelCycle, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Qlik, Tableau, or related software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with research team, business partners, and/or leadership to ensure understanding of business problem, context, and audience to inform execution of the work.
• Program online surveys, manage data collection through fielding, set up data tables, and generate initial findings.
• Support data quality efforts to help ensure accuracy and integrity across projects.
• Set up initial findings and data into final deliverable report or dashboard.
• Work on a variety of projects of increasing complexity across all businesses.
• Contribute recommendations and feedback on solution designs to researchers and team management.
• Align solutions to enterprise legal, security, software development, and finance/compliance standards.
• Perform quality control checks for research projects executed across the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
