Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and analyzing custom quantitative survey research.
• Track record of running complex projects from design to client-ready deliverables.
• Experience managing client relationships and building trust over time.
• Strong methodological knowledge and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Nurture client relationships and grow account leadership with minimal escalation.
• Contribute to proposals and pitches with the research perspective.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple projects.
• Apply survey design, analysis, and storytelling with minimal direction.
• Deliver client-ready first drafts and ensure quality at each check.
• Coach junior team members and set service standards.
