Qualifications

• Experience in computational biology and omics data analysis.
• Research experience in systems biology or computational biology.
• Experience with omics data analysis (e.g. transcriptomics, metabolomics).
• Knowledge of machine learning/deep learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of genome-scale metabolic modeling.
• Proficient with R, Python or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Build metabolic models for human tissues and organoids.
• Work with experimental collaborators and provide guidance on top experimental targets.
