Job summary
Augusta University seeks a Sr Research Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical expertise for the design, implementation, and support of research infrastructure services. You will lead the planning and optimization of secure and scalable platforms that support research initiatives across the university.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and six years of experience in research computing or systems administration.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of experience in research computing or systems administration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize infrastructure that supports research computing, HPC, AI workloads.
- Collaborate with researchers, faculty, vendors, and IT staff to assess infrastructure needs.
- Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, patching, and capacity improvements.
