3M is seeking a Senior Research Engineer based in Maplewood, MN. The role focuses on developing and applying CFD models to advance fluid flow and heat transfer understanding across 3M materials and processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CFD with a Ph.D. or M.Sc. and experience in Python, HPC, and ML/AI integration.

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
