Senior Designer // Research + Insights (Contract)

This role is for our contract pool. We qualify freelance designers and find the right projects for their skills.

At Grand Studio, our teams collaborate to explore digital products and services in a consulting environment. Our Senior Designers are passionate about applying the right design methodologies to create unique approaches for challenging client projects. They assist with uncovering actionable customer insights, designing compelling digital products, and grounding solutions in user value. They are versatile, helping determine project strategies, mentoring teammates, and creating client deliverables.

Ideal Senior Research Designer qualities include:

• Professional design experience (consulting or agency experience is a plus)
• A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end design process and appropriate UXR methods
• Experience communicating with technology teams and stakeholders
• Comfort in leading research planning, execution, and synthesis
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with good communication skills
