Job summary

Grand Studio is seeking a Senior Designer // Research + Insights (Contract) to join our contract pool. You will work on client projects to uncover user needs, craft research-driven design strategies, and contribute to end-to-end product concepts.

As a Senior Research Designer, you will mentor teammates, adapt methodologies to project constraints, collaborate with technology stakeholders, and help shape the design practice within a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting/agency design projects.
• Proven ability to use UX methods to inform design.
• Strong communication with technology teams.
