Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics/Data Science/Math/Physics/Economics/OR Engineering).
• 5 years of analytics experience or 3 years with a PhD in coding, querying databases, or statistics.
• Experience with ML algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Experience with experimental design (A/B testing) and causal inference.
• Applying causal inference to estimate treatment effects or counterfactuals.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop advanced analysis, causal inference, and ML methodologies to identify product opportunities.
• Frame and solve ambiguous business problems and communicate data-driven solutions to stakeholders.
• Initiate cross-functional projects and drive them to completion while advocating for users and long-term responsible growth.
• Interact cross-functionally to influence product stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Leverage AI fluency to drive advanced statistical and ML solutions for complex business challenges.
