Job summary

The Spatial Cognition Lab at Tufts University is seeking a Senior Research Coordinator to work with PI Holly A. Taylor on projects related to learning, spatial communication, spatial ability, and communication synchrony.

Under supervision, you will program experimental tasks, run human subjects experiments, analyze data, and assist in writing/editing materials for publications and presentations. You will also oversee onboarding of undergraduates and maintain the lab website.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cognitive science, neuroscience, psychology, or related field
• 0-2 year experience in clinical research setting
• Experience with human subjects research and/or UX testing
• Strong experimental background and lab experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with lab management and operational tasks for the Spatial Cognition Lab
• Develop and implement experimental paradigms and tasks
• Conduct human subjects experiments and analyze data
• Assist PI with grant preparation and publications
• Oversee onboarding of undergraduate researchers and maintain lab website
