Job summary

The University of Louisville's Eating Anxiety and Treatment laboratory in the Department of Psychology seeks a full-time Research Coordinator V to support clinical and observational studies on eating disorders. The role focuses on coordinating protocol activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with institutional, federal, and program regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of research experience or equivalent.
Experience in regulated research environments (IRB, IACUC, FDA, etc.).
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Review proposals and materials for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update documentation, databases, and records for audits.
Coordinate research protocol activities, data collection, and stakeholder communication.
Provide guidance on forms, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with assessments, data collection, inspections, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project implementation.
Supervise undergraduate and graduate assistants.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
