Job summary

Huron is seeking a senior member for its Research Office team to negotiate and prepare clinical research contracts, including CTAs, NDAs, MTAs, and data transfer agreements. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure terms meet project needs and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes strategic communication, risk assessment, and process improvements in a research environment at a leading education and healthcare strategy firm.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in research administration, and/or legal‑rated experience, with contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare clinical research study contracts including Confidentiality Agreements, Non‑Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Nonconforming Subcontracts, Master Service Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Data Transfer Agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align contract terms with project needs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations and internal policies in research settings.
